In addition to the financial aspects of a company, which I dealt with intensively in my function as auditor and CFO after completing my studies and Ph.D. at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), it was always the topic of private equity that accompanied me throughout my entire career, both from the perspective of the investors as well as the company to be financed. My work with institutional and private clients (UHNWI and family offices) as a professional service provider on the client front, both as a senior relationship manager in the banking sector and as an auditor/consultant, provided me with further insights with regards to marketing and sales.

With over 30 years of professional experience in sales, I have wide-ranging expertise in developping sales units. My range of experience includes a classic bank apprenticeship, 25 years working as sales executive in investment banking, 10 years of sales thereafter running the corporate culture, corporate social responsibility and strategic HR departments in a highly successful start-up. I am fascinated by the different forms of corporate culture and enjoy supporting companies in this area.

After a traditional banking education, I worked for more than 30 years in investment banking in the areas of trading and sales as well as in top management. Thanks to my many years of leadership experience in the marketing of capital market products, I have extensive specialist knowledge in this field. I look forward to using my experience of strategic corporate issues as well as my network to help companies move their business forward: Especially in the areas of Family Offices and Asset Management for the distribution of financial products as well as for financing projects.

My background and expertise for clients include a legal education and over 20 years of experience in the private equity and venture capital market. My strengths lie in the evaluation, assessment and appraisal of investment projects as well as in the negotiation and design of investment processes. I also develop succession and financing solutions, including support during their implementation. My industry focus is on industrial, technology and technical service companies.
